Board-certified audiologist, Dr. Kathryn Miles Jackson, founded Upstate Hearing and Balance in 2021 out of a passion for helping people with hearing loss, dizziness, and tinnitus. Our mission is to provide prompt, efficient diagnostics and treatment in a comfortable setting. We are committed to using evidenced-based best practices from the evaluation and through the treatment process, including speech in noise testing and real ear or probe microphone measures, to provide personalized, optimal treatment outcomes.
